The SOLAREx series of flammability analyzers is a highly integrated, in-line LEL measuring instrument that ensures the analyzer continuously measures the low explosion limit of exhaust gases from 0 to 100% LEL.

LEL concentration detection technology of combustible gas

The SOLAREx flammability analyzer measures directly with flame temperature sensing (FTA) technology. The analyzer's combustion chamber contains a precisely measured flame that burns continuously at a reference temperature, and samples containing flammable gases are drawn into the analyzer's combustion chamber and burned in a hydrogen induction flame. A thermocouple located above the induction flame measures the temperature change brought about by the combustion in real time and converts the resulting temperature rise into an electrical signal proportional to the 0-100%LEL concentration of the combustible gas.

The SOLAREx series flammability analyzer is a highly integrated, in-line LEL measuring instrument with a heating monitoring chamber and control unit to ensure that the analyzer continuously measures the low explosion limit of the exhaust gas in the measurement range

0-100% LEL. Sigona designs the LEL analyzer using an advanced and unique measurement principle that directly measures the combustible content of the sample to obtain LEL data, ensuring measurement accuracy and linearity.

Fail-safe operation

The fault relay will cut off power when one of the following occurs: the controller circuit is damaged; The system circuit is broken; Heating problems; There is no sample flow in the monitoring chamber; And readings below the range due to the absence of flame or combustion gas.

Exportation

The whole output system has 6 relays: single-pole double-throw relay for warning danger and failure; Single-pole double-throw relays for sound, process verification and service in addition to standard 4-20mA analog outputs and RS-485 serial port outputs, we can also remotely assist.

The response time of the analyzer detector is less than or equal to 1 second, and the analyzer remains at a very stable zero point: the drift is less than 1%, and the calibration accuracy is 2%.
